STREAT has a range of youth programs:
Entree - An individually tailored work experience program for young people wanting to access hospitality focused work experience or to give STREAT a try before committing to a longer program.
Main Course - A 20 week fully supported group program including on-the-job training and mentoring, a Work Readiness program, social activities, individual case support (including linkages to specialist service providers), and a Certificate II in Hospitality.
Streat's Ahead - A program supporting the transition of STREAT graduates into open employment with one of our partnered employers. Providing 6 months of paid work (20-25 hours per week) with regular post-placement support.

All of our programs are integrated, flexible, and 'wrap' around a young person.

STREAT

Entr�e provides: � Individualized intake and needs assessment � Two months of weekly work experience shifts in one of STREAT�s businesses � production kitchen, a la carte kitchen, bakery, or in one of our three caf�s � Individual case management support including: �� Develop a self-management plan �� Linkages to specialist service providers �� 1:1 mentoring from professional hospitality staff MAIN COURSE � A 20 week fully supported group program including on-the-job training and mentoring, a Work Readiness program, social activities, individual case support (including linkages to specialist service providers), and a Certificate II in Hospitality. a typical week at STREAT in Main Course: In a typical week at STREAT our young people will be involved in a number of different activities, including group-based work readiness sessions, training at TAFE to achieve their qualifications, work experience at one of our hospitality sites, group-based creative and social activities, and personal support sessions with a member of our Youth Programs team (which might include working through major issues like housing, drug and alcohol abuse, mental health, legal). All of our programs are integrated, flexible, and �wrap� around a young person.
